From chef-inspired foods to craft beer and spirits...

Give attendees a taste of both your products and personality

An authentic brand is one that tells a good story and takes the customers on a journey with them. No one can tell the story behind your product better than you. Participate once and you'll experience why locally famous restaurants and chefs, to celebrity bakers from Netflix and Food Network, join us year after year.

scroll to your appropriate industry

Here's what we ask of you and what you can expect from us.

Restaurants, Chefs, Bakers, and Caterers:

  • We encourage you to showcase your chef-inspired menu items and artisan desserts.
  • We ask that you provide at least a couple of menu items per person to sample (one to three bite-sized portions each).
  • If you prefer to provide more substantial portion sizes, you may feel free to decrease the number of items; however, some participants provide a micro-meal, e.g., protein, starch, and vegetable.
  • Experience proves that most attendees will sample food. We anticipate 100 to 125 people this year.
  • Guests stand, mingle, or lounge in seating areas but no one has an assigned seat. To the extent possible, guests should be able to walk around while eating.
  • Please be prepared to serve, starting at 6 PM and continuing until 9 PM.
  • If needed, we can provide tables, ice, cups, 10" plates, utensils, running water (hose), and electricity (extension cord). We cannot provide food holding refrigeration or warming equipment.
  • If you anticipate needing regular access to a vehicle, there are very limited areas available for parking adjacent to serving areas.
  • We encourage you to bring a festival tent or café umbrella, tables, linens, serving ware, banners and signs (retractable banner stands are preferred), and marketing collateral.
  • You are welcome to provide auction or raffle items (experiential opportunities, such as private events, result in the highest bids) or giveaway items.

Breweries:

  • We encourage 9-ounce pours. We discourage 12-ounce pours.
  • Cans are permissible, bottles are not.
  • There is no minimum or maximum on the number of types and styles.
  • Experience proves that the availability of soft drinks, liquor, wine, and beer will keep your volume reasonable. A single keg (or half kegs of more than one beer) will be sufficient.
  • Please be prepared to serve, starting at 6 PM and continuing until 9 PM.
  • If needed, we can provide tables, ice, cups, running water (hose), and electricity (extension cord). We cannot provide jockey boxes, keg beer jackets, or coolers.
  • If you anticipate needing regular access to a vehicle, there are very limited areas available for parking adjacent to serving areas.
  • We encourage you to bring a festival tent or café umbrella, tables, linens, branded cups, banners and signs (retractable banner stands are preferred), and marketing collateral.
  • You are welcome to provide auction or raffle items (experiential opportunities, such as brewery tours or private events, result in the highest bids) or giveaway items.

Distilleries & Bars:

  • We encourage you to sample many of the types and styles that you distill.
  • Some distilleries and bars enjoy serving a featured cocktail. We welcome this.
  • We have the appropriate ABC permit.
  • Please be prepared to serve, starting at 6 PM and continuing until 9 PM.
  • If needed, we can provide 1-ounce tasting cups, tumblers, ice, and/or tables. If you do no require a large table, we have a limited number of barrels that can function as a table.
  • We encourage you to bring a festival tent or café umbrella, tables, linens, branded cups, banners and signs (retractable banner stands are preferred), and marketing collateral.
  • You are welcome to provide giveaway items, or auction or raffle items (experiential opportunities, such as distillery tours, private events, self-filled bottles, educational classes, etc., result in the highest bids).
