We're extending an invitation to breweries, wineries, and all premium spirits brands, including bourbon, whiskey, vodka, and gin. Whether you offer samples or host a full bar activation, you'll have the chance to engage with an audience that appreciates the craftsmanship behind every pour.
And here's a bonus: there's no participation fee. Our goal is to showcase your brand while creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Here's what we ask of you and what you can expect from us
Distillery Participation Guide
Guest Count & Sampling
- Expect approximately 250 guests. Not all will choose to sample products, but most will.
- You’re encouraged to showcase a variety of products from your portfolio.
- Whether you feature a single brand or multiple is up to you.
- Please note that participating brands will be providing sample portions only. We are not relying on brands for general bar inventory or service, as a full-service bar will be available for guests.
Cocktails & Bar Setup
- Some distilleries like to feature a signature cocktail — this is welcome!
- We have the necessary ABC permit in place.
- Featured cocktails (optional) are crafted or pre-batched and served at tasting stations.
- BIN 110 (Cornelius, NC) hosts a specialty Old Fashioned bar, so we direct guests there for Old Fashioneds rather than serving them at the house bars.
Service & Logistics
- Serving Hours: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM (last call)
- Breakdown: After 9:00 PM
- We can provide:
- 1-ounce tasting cups
- Rocks-style cups
- Ice
- Tables
Recommended Setup & Branding
- Bring any of the following to enhance your presence:
- Festival tent or café umbrella
- Tables or bars
- Linens
- Branded cups
- Banners & signage (retractable banners preferred)
- Marketing materials
- A more immersive setup creates a more memorable experience for guests.
Swag & Giveaways
- Feel free to provide:
- Branded giveaway items
- Auction or raffle donations
- Experiential offerings—these generate the highest bids! Ideas include:
- Distillery tours
- Private tastings/events
- Self-filled bottles
- Educational classes
Event Layout & Weather Plan
- Distillery stations will be set up outdoors on the lawn in a semi-circle or festival-style rows.
- The event is only canceled in life-threatening weather conditions.
- We have both indoor and outdoor facilities, so we can adjust as needed for comfort and flow.
