We are happy to coordinate the pickup of in-kind donations or arrange a convenient transfer with you no later than September 2, 2026. Our volunteer team requires the following week to prepare item descriptions, create bid sheets, transport donations to the venue, and properly stage the auction and raffle displays. For this reason, we cannot accept items after this date.
If you plan to mail or ship an item, please contact us in advance for the appropriate address. The venue is unable to receive or store items on our behalf.
