We’re already dreaming about next year’s Cigars, Bourbon & Benefactors, and we’d love your help making it unforgettable. Whether you like being behind the scenes, on the floor during the action, or a little of both, there’s a spot for you.
Setup & Breakdown Crew
Help bring the venue to life (and pack it all back up afterward!). Tasks include moving barrels, bars, and furniture, arranging décor, and making sure everything looks just right.
We’re looking for volunteers with two kinds of talent—hands-on craftsmanship and creative vision.
If you have skills in carpentry, woodworking, repairs, or general building tasks, we’d love your help bringing our event materials and displays to life.
We also need imaginative volunteers with experience in visual merchandising, decorating, staging, or design. Your eye for presentation will elevate the guest experience and help us create an unforgettable atmosphere.
Whether you’re most at home behind the workbench or behind the scenes shaping the look and feel of an event, your contribution will make a meaningful impact. We’d be grateful to have you on the team.
Event Crew
Be part of the action! Roles include:
- Checking in guests
- Watching over the silent auction
- Recording bids and pledges for the live auction
- Managing transactions at the cashier stations
We’re also looking for a small team of dependable, quick-thinking volunteers who can help keep everything running seamlessly during the event. This crew is essential—when vendors need an extension cord, ice, or a last-minute supply; when a breaker trips; or when trash needs attention, you’re the ones who make solutions happen. If you’re calm under pressure, good at troubleshooting, and enjoy being the person everyone can count on, this role is a perfect fit.
